We Process all orders during regular business hours (Monday- Friday 8:00am- 6:00PM EST). We work tirelessly to get the products you need to your door as quickly and inexpensively as possible. However, delays do occasionally occur beyond the control of Whitestone Kitchen Supply Inc.

Please note: Processing time varies depending on when the vendor/manufacture makes the item available. Special order items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer which may cause additional delays.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery.

If the shipment is going to a business address (any place other than a residence), then please make sure the business name MUST be listed, so the carrier will know which business the product is delivering to.

Businesses run out of a residence will be considered a residential address and charged as such for any delivery.

Please include an accurate phone number when placing orders online. If anything happens with your shipments, phone might be the best way to get in touch with you. Carriers often call ahead to verify what someone will be at your business to accept packages.

We not responsible for any shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided.

Whitestone Kitchen Supply will not be responsible if any additional shipping costs are accrued because of incomplete or incorrect address.

P.O.BOX SHIPMENTS

Unfortunately P.O Boxes may not be listed as the shipping address. A signature is required upon delivery of your order due to protection.

Freight Carriers will not deliver to a P.O.BOX.

MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS

We make every attempt to ship all orders complete, but sometimes it may be necessary to break up orders in two or multiple shipments. Your fully shipping cost will only be charged on the first shipment, so you will not see shipping charges on subsequent shipment notifications.

LIFTGATE SERVICE

A lift-gate service is required for all commercial and non-commercial address without a loading dock or tractor-trailer access. A Lift-gate safely unloads items over 75 pounds from the truck down to the ground level. Whitestone Kitchen Supply has established discounted rates with various Canadian freight carries and will arrange your shipments door-to-door if you wish.

Please note:

Lift-gate service does NOT include taking items into your building.

If you add lift-gate service, inside delivery services (contact our sales team before your items are delivered to obtain a quote) to your order after the order has been placed, the fee may increase.

The driver will be able to assist in unloading your shipment and that it is solely your responsibility to promptly and safely remove your shipment from the truck.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive and email confirm that your order was shipped and to provide you with a tracking number for each package in your order. You will easy to track your order and find out your expected delivery date with your tracking number.

DAMAGED, LOST OR SHORT SHIPMENTS

Please track your order with your tracking number before calling to report your package missing. If there hasn’t been an attempted delivery and you are unable to track your package online, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We will contact shipping company on your behalf to locate your package.

Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can reship the items and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. All damaged shipments must be report to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: [email protected]

We are unable to reship or refund the order until a missing package has been returned to Whitestone Kitchen Supply to declared officially lost by shipping company.

If you cannot wait for your purchase to be completed, you have the option to place a second order which need paid in full. When the missing package is complete, you may return the first order if it is delivered success, or we will provide a refund if it is declared as lost.
